"I hired Thomas Tadd for my home inspection when purchasing a new home. Thomas Tadd was very professional and easy to work with. I was unable to be present at the first home inspection as I was purchasing a house from out of state. He was willing to come out for a final inspection and walk me through the house showing me where my sprinkler system was connected, how to restart the water heater and what needed to be fixed, etc. Thomas Tadd's home inspection book was very detailed it was available for view online as well as he provided me a paper copy on the final walk through.
